Job summary

Sellability, a real estate consulting and advisory company, is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage sales and business data, prepare regular reports, and provide timely insights.

Location: Baner, Pune. Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday. Work Mode: Office.

You will prepare dashboards and presentations, track performance, and coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, and Operations to enhance data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of MIS or sales reporting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Real Estate industry experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and business performance.
• Maintain and update sales, lead, conversion, revenue, and collection trackers.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from CRM and internal teams.
• Track team-wise and individual sales performance against targets.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review.
• Identify data discrepancies, trends, and performance gaps.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, and Operations teams for accurate data.
• Improve and automate existing reporting and tracking processes.

Location: Baner, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and business performance.


• Maintain and update sales, lead, conversion, revenue, and collection trackers.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Hands-on knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts, and data analysis.


• Experience with CRM systems or sales dashboards is preferred.


• Experience in Real Estate industry is mandatory.
