Job summary

IHFL in Gurugram is seeking an HR Analyst to maintain employee master data in the HRMS and generate critical HR MIS reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment, payroll and attendance.

You will develop HR dashboards, track workforce metrics, and support payroll validation while continuously improving reporting with advanced Excel techniques to deliver timely, data-driven insights for management.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and HR MIS reporting.
• Experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, and HRMS management.
• Good understanding of headcount, attrition, recruitment, payroll, and attendance metrics.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports on headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, and employee movements.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics to provide insights for management decision-making.
• Track recruitment metrics, workforce planning data, and hiring progress reports.
• Support payroll and attendance processes by validating employee data and generating relevant reports.
• Automate and improve HR reporting processes using advanced Excel tools, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
