Job summary

CIEL HR in Tamil Nadu invites a detail-oriented HR MIS professional to join our data-driven HR team. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports, maintain employee data, and support decision-makers with accurate dashboards.

You will track headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment metrics, joining and resignation updates, and ensure HRMS/ERP data integrity. The role emphasizes data reconciliation, KPI monitoring, and timely reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
• Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
• Prepare reports related to headcount, attendance, leave, attrition, recruitment, and employee movement.
• Track joining, resignation, transfers, and employee status.
• Prepare recruitment MIS including candidate pipeline, interview schedules, selection, offer, and joining reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate HR data from different sources.
• Maintain accurate employee information in HRMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for management review.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide relevant data to the HR team.
• Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
