Job summary

Nitika Pharmaceutical Specialities seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to design, maintain and automate MIS and daily reports using Excel and Power Query. You will transform data, run ETL tasks, and create dashboards to support real-time insights for operations.

You will work with cross-functional teams, validate data accuracy, and prepare ad-hoc analyses for leadership reviews, leveraging SQL for querying data and KPI understanding of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in data analysis, BI or related admin role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, macros and complex formulas.
• Hands-on experience with Power Query for data modeling and ETL processes.
• Fundamental knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.
• Understanding manufacturing processes and KPIs is beneficial.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Attention to detail in data entry, verification and reports.

• Perform complex data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation tasks to ensure high data integrity across various operational databases.

• Generate regular performance dashboards and variance analysis reports to assist department heads in identifying trends and operational bottlenecks.
