Job summary

Alpha Consultants is seeking a data-analyst-intern to manage information systems and reporting for e-commerce and FMCG operations. You will translate business needs into structured data solutions and design dashboards tracking KPIs across sales, inventory, and supply chain metrics.

Responsibilities include building pivot tables, using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP to merge data, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable insights for daily reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• 0.6–2 years of professional experience in e-commerce or FMCG domain.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Ability to work with structured data and identify logical relationships between datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

About the role

• Manage information systems and reporting for e-commerce or FMCG operations, translating business needs into structured data solutions
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators across sales, inventory and supply chain metrics
• Build automated workflows using Excel functions to reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy in daily reporting cycles
• Support decision-making by preparing analysis that highlights trends, anomalies and business insights from operational data
