Job summary

UBS seeks a Trade & Processing Specialist (EE) in Hyderabad to ensure accurate booking and timely settlement of trade lifecycle events. You will tackle trade breaks, investigate exceptions, and collaborate with front office, operations, and technology to prevent recurrence and strengthen data quality.

You will join an Operations & Services team focused on processing trades with disciplined execution, clear procedures, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in trade processing and operational support across the trade lifecycle.
• Detail-oriented validation of trades, confirmations, settlements and related processing events.
• Ability to investigate breaks and exceptions using structured root-cause analysis and clear documentation.
• Proven track record partnering with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process outcomes.
• Strong grounding in operational controls, reconciliations, and risk-aware processing.
• Proficiency in using core processing systems and spreadsheets to research, track, and report exceptions.
• Curious, accountable and proactive mindset, with an interest in leveraging AI responsibly and the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
