Job summary

UBS Group AG in Pune is seeking an Integrated Middle Office Specialist to help manage daily reconciliation across trades, positions, and cash, and to drive process improvements. You will collaborate with risk, trading, and regulatory reporting teams to resolve issues and deliver accurate data.

You will produce regular reporting and support internal teams in a fast-changing financial services environment, applying analytical rigor and a risk-aware mindset.

Qualifications

• Financial services operations experience within an investment bank operations environment.
• Strong attention to detail when executing controls and procedures to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Ability to investigate breaks, book trades, manage exceptions, and upscale via defined workflows.
• Proven capability to perform trade capture controls and deliver daily, weekly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macros, plus strong Microsoft Office and Word capability.
• Working knowledge of recall, returns, reconciliations would be an added advantage.
• Curiosity about applying AI to improve workflows with sound judgment and policy alignment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with trade lifecycle services and regulatory reporting teams to investigate, resolve, and prevent recurring issues.
• Produce and maintain daily, weekly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting, responding to cross-functional requests.

The team

You’ll be working in the Middle office trade support team, based in Hyderabad, India. We enhance the client experience by understanding needs, delivering excellence, and building shared understanding across new issues and complex transactions. You’ll collaborate closely with trading and sales, settlements, confirmations, technology teams, finance partners, and regulators in a fast-changing environment.

Your Skills And Experience
