About the Role

As a Microsoft Partner Center Management Intern, you will support our team in managing Microsoft Partner Center activities for our clients.

You will learn how Microsoft’s partner ecosystem works and gain hands‑on exposure to partner onboarding, account management, verification, designations, marketplace offers, documentation, and partner‑related processes.

This is a learning‑oriented role, and prior Microsoft Partner Center experience is not mandatory. We are looking for someone who is organized, curious, willing to learn, and comfortable working with online portals and business documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Partner Center Management
  • Assist with day-to-day Microsoft Partner Center activities.
  • Support creation, updating, and maintenance of partner profiles and organization information.
  • Assist with Microsoft Partner Center account and tenant‑related activities.
  • Track partner verification and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with maintaining partner documentation and records.
  • Monitor Partner Center notifications, requirements, and action items.
  • Coordinate internally to collect information and documents required for partner activities.
Microsoft Partner Program Support
  • Assist with activities related to the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
  • Support the team in tracking Solutions Partner designation requirements.
  • Help maintain records related to partner capabilities, certifications, customer evidence, and other program requirements.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and checklists for partner program requirements.
  • Track deadlines, renewal dates, and pending actions.
Microsoft Marketplace Support
  • Assist with Microsoft Marketplace offer management.
  • Support preparation of product and company information required for marketplace listings.
  • Help maintain offer descriptions, categories, keywords, pricing information, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical and business teams during marketplace offer submission and validation.
  • Track marketplace submission status and validation feedback.
Client & Internal Coordination
  • Coordinate with clients to collect required information and documentation.
  • Follow up on pending documents and action items.
  • Maintain trackers for ongoing client projects.
  • Prepare basic status reports and project updates.
  • Communicate professionally with clients through email and other business communication channels.
Documentation & Research
  • Research Microsoft partner program requirements and processes.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, trackers, and process documentation.
  • Document Microsoft support responses and resolutions.
  • Maintain organized records of client accounts and project activities.
  • Assist consultants with preparing reports and presentations.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in BBA, BCA, B.Com, MBA, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word.
  • Comfortable working with web‑based portals and dashboards.
  • Ability to research information independently.
  • Good organizational and follow‑up skills.
  • Willingness to learn Microsoft technologies and partner programs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling client information.
