Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day administration and support of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Assist with user and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and IAM activities.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune device management and policy deployment.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft Defender and security monitoring.
• Assist with Purview, compliance, data protection, and retention activities.
• Troubleshoot basic Microsoft 365, Windows, identity, access, and endpoint issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and troubleshooting guides.

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 & Cloud Security Intern to join our IT team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a good foundational understanding of Microsoft 365, Cloud, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management, and Security concepts.

This is a paid internship designed for candidates who already have technical knowledge through academic projects, certifications, hands-on labs, internships, or self-learning and want to gain practical experience working with enterprise Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Assist with user and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.

• Prior exposure through hands-on labs, certifications, academic projects, or internships is preferred.
• Candidates who are comfortable with technical concepts and want to develop their skills through practical enterprise experience.
• AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, or similar certifications are a plus.
