Job summary

ITMC Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET Core, C#, React, and Azure. You will design, develop, and integrate enterprise-grade solutions, mentor junior developers, and drive architectural excellence across projects.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 architecture, plugins, Power Pages, and secure coding practices, within an Agile team. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, .NET Core, C#, React, Azure
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, plugins, Power Pages, Power Automate, security, integrations, and solution management
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, React, JavaScript, and Entity Framework Core
• Hands-on experience designing integrations between Dynamics 365, .NET applications, Azure services, and external systems
• Knowledge of Azure architecture and Azure Functions, Storage, App Service, and Logic Apps
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and ALM with Azure DevOps
• Strong software architecture knowledge, SOLID, OOP, secure coding practices
• Experience code reviews and mentoring junior/mid developers
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
