Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality CRM solutions through customization, integration, and technical development, supporting business transformation and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom reports using SSRS and FetchXML.
• Implement and manage Power Platform components including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Design and develop Azure-based integrations using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web Jobs, and RESTful Web Services.
• Execute data migration strategies using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated deployments and version control.
• Utilize XRM Toolbox and SDK tools for system administration and optimization.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
• Document technical designs, development processes, and user guides.
