Job summary

Infosys is seeking a MSD Test Engineer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing experience. The role focuses on validating Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Dataverse integrations, and Power Platform components.

You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support UAT and production deployments. The candidate will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure quality across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing and CRM modules.
• Familiar with Dataverse, Power Platform, and related tools.
• Experience in API testing and data validation.
• UAT support and production deployment help.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

MSD Test Engineer Technology->Package Testing->MS Dynamics Testing Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing. Good understanding of: Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Dataverse Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Business Process Flows Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing. Validate Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform components. Test CRM modules including:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• Marketing
• Field Service
• Customer Insights

Validate integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems. Perform API testing for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse integrations. Conduct data migration and data validation testing. Verify security roles, access controls, and user permissions. Track and manage defects through defect management tools. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and functional consultants. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and quality assurance activities.
