Job summary

Infosys leads a Lead Consultant role focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing across CRM/ERP modules in Bengaluru. The candidate will design and execute tests, validate modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, and ensure data integrity through migration and backend checks.

They will work closely with developers, BAs, and stakeholders, using Azure DevOps or Jira for defect management, and participate in Agile ceremonies to support releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing (CRM/ERP) required.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in API testing, SQL data validation, and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT tests.
• Validate Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Service.
• Test custom workflows, business rules, and Power Platform integrations.
• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Validate data migration and backend database updates.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Track defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools; participate in Agile ceremonies.

Analyze business and functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Service. Test custom workflows, business rules, plugins, and Power Platform integrations. Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. Validate data migration, reporting, and backend database updates. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for defect resolution. Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support release activities.
