Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Dynamics 365 Testing Lead to oversee multiple testing projects and drive QA strategy. You will define test plans, review requirements, and coordinate onshore and offshore teams to ensure comprehensive coverage across D365 modules.

Responsibilities include leading functional, system, integration, regression testing and UAT, validating customizations, and managing defects. Strong collaboration and automation focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dynamics 365 testing across CRM/CE engagements.
• Strong understanding of entities, business rules, workflows, plugins and security roles.
• Ability to review requirements, design test strategies, and coordinate onshore/offshore teams.

• Define overall test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and quality assurance processes.
• Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Lead Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
• Validate Dynamics 365 customizations, configurations, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
• Coordinate testing activities across onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage defect lifecycle, conduct defect triage meetings, and track closure.
• Ensure test coverage for Dynamics 365 integrations with enterprise applications.
• Prepare test status reports, risk assessments, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
