Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Tester to join our QA team. The candidate will specialize in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of D365 CRM, its modules, custom entities, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform integrations with external systems.

The role requires analyzing business requirements, preparing test scenarios and data, and validating deployments, security roles, data migration, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Testing, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on expertise in testing D365 CRM modules, custom entities, workflows, plugins, Power Platform, and integrations with external systems.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and preparing test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
• Good understanding of CRM customizations, security roles, business rules, workflows, data migration, and deployment validation.
• Experience in API/integration testing and validating data flow between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications.
• Strong experience in defect identification, tracking, retesting, troubleshooting, and supporting UAT across Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

Responsibilities
