Job summary

Infosys is seeking a QA specialist to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing across CRM/ERP modules in Bengaluru. You will analyze requirements, design tests, and execute functional, integration, and UAT plans to ensure high-quality deployments.

Responsibilities include validating Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain modules, testing custom workflows, API calls, and data migrations. A strong grounding in Agile/Scrum is essential for successful releases.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing (CRM/ERP).
• Expertise in Manual Testing methodologies.
• Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customizations, workflows, and business process flows.
• API Testing experience using Postman/REST services.
• SQL knowledge for database and data validation.
• Experience with defect management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
