What You’ll Do:

• Design, configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.


• Work extensively with work orders, bookings, resources, customer assets, inspections, products, services, and scheduling processes.


• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.


• Configure business rules, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and security models.


• Optimize technician scheduling, dispatching, and service execution processes.


• Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and technical issues across the Field Service ecosystem.


• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile applications for frontline technicians.


• Develop and enhance technician experiences using Power Apps and model-driven applications.


• Configure mobile experiences around work orders, bookings, inspections, service tasks, products, and customer assets.


• Support offline-first capabilities, synchronization requirements, and mobile security controls.


• Improve technician productivity through optimized mobile workflows and user experiences.


• Ensure seamless operation across online and offline field environments.


• Implement and support Dynamics 365 Field Service Copilot capabilities.


• Configure AI-assisted field service experiences to enhance technician productivity.


• Implement work-order summaries, service history insights, AI-assisted recommendations, and productivity-focused automation.


• Evaluate and implement opportunities to reduce manual processes using AI-powered capabilities.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement intelligent field service use cases.


• Support adoption and governance of Copilot-enabled field service solutions.


• Develop and customize business applications using Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse.


• Configure model-driven applications, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.


• Design and implement business process automation using Power Automate.


• Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, and enterprise data management solutions.


• Develop reusable and scalable Power Platform solutions following Microsoft best practices.


• Participate in solution lifecycle management, deployment, and governance activities.


• Integrate Dynamics 365 Field Service with enterprise applications and third-party systems.


• Develop and support REST-based integrations, custom connectors, and API-driven solutions.


• Build automated workflows for business process automation and operational efficiency.


• Implement data validation, transformation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.


• Support enterprise-scale integration scenarios across Microsoft and external platforms.
