Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Lead for pan-India opportunities. The role requires leading finance workstreams, gathering requirements, and driving solution design to ensure successful ERP deployments.

The candidate will mentor junior consultants, manage stakeholders, and govern finance processes across CRP, SIT, UAT, and deployment phases. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years ERP experience with at least 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, Intercompany, Period Close & Consolidation.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead large transformation programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead Dynamics 365 F&O Finance implementation and support projects.
• Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Design and configure Finance modules aligned with business requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, training, and deployment activities.
• Manage stakeholders and provide functional guidance to project teams.
• Drive solution governance, best practices, and process improvements.
• Support data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead finance solution discussions.
