A leading staffing company is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant based in India. This on-site role involves leading the technical design and delivering Dynamics 365 CE implementations, including C# and JavaScript component development. The ideal candidate must possess experience in Microsoft Dataverse and plugin development, and will be expected to integrate systems and support CI/CD pipelines. Industry & Sector: Recruitment & Staffing support Technology Consulting and Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation services. We partner with enterprise clients across industries to deliver CRM, Power Platform and integrated sales/service automation solutions. This is an on-site role based in India supporting large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

Standardized Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations (Sales / Customer Service) including configuration, customization and extensions.
• Develop server-side and client-side components: plugins, custom workflow activities, web resources and PCF controls using C#, .NET and JavaScript.
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 / Dataverse and external systems using REST APIs, OData and middleware; design secure data flows and error handling.
• Author and maintain solution architecture artifacts: entities, forms, views, business process flows, security model, solution layering and ALM packaging.
• Build Power Platform components—model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows—and optimise for performance and scalability in production environments.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and support CI/CD pipelines and release activities with Azure DevOps.
