Job summary

Arcturus Consulting Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio AI Agent Engineer to build and enhance enterprise AI agents.

You will configure instructions, topics, knowledge sources, actions and conversation flows, and integrate with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and enterprise apps. The role requires 4-5 years of hands-on Microsoft technology experience, proficiency with Power Automate, Dataverse and JSON/API troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant Microsoft technology or application-development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience developing actions using connectors, custom connectors and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of JSON, data mapping, API error handling and integration troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0 and role-based access.
• Strong prompt engineering and agent-instruction design skills.
• Understanding of grounding, hallucination risks, sensitive-data handling and Responsible AI.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting and deploying enterprise applications or AI agents.
• Ability to independently move an agent use case from requirements through build, testing and deployment.
• Work in 3pm to 12am IST shift.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, security teams and integration teams to deliver production-ready agents.

• Azure DevOps and CI/CD knowledge.
• Relevant Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or AI certifications.
