Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced AI solutions engineer to design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio agents across enterprise environments in India. You will integrate backend systems, APIs, and authentication flows, ensuring scalable AI-powered solutions that align with business requirements.

Key focus areas include designing agent experiences, enforcing governance, and enabling seamless connections with Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing Copilot Studio agents end-to-end.
• Experience integrating back-end systems and APIs.
• OAuth-based integrations and custom connectors.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build conversational experiences, agent flows, topics, and adaptive cards.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, and external APIs.
• Develop Custom Connectors and implement OAuth-based integrations.
• Implement RAG solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure AI Search, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Support ALM, solution deployment, governance, security, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
