Cognizant is hiring Agentic AI & Copilot Studio Developer to design and implement intelligent agents using Copilot Studio for enterprise automation and conversational AI across Pan India.

The role spans 3–12 years of experience and involves building multi-turn dialogs, connectors, and governance practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent agents using Copilot Studio for enterprise automation and conversational AI use cases.
• Build multi-turn dialog flows, adaptive cards, and topic-based conversation design with fallback and escalation handling.
• Configure and extend agents with custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and REST API integrations for backend orchestration.
• Implement agentic AI workflows using autonomous triggers, action chaining, and goal-based task execution patterns.
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft 365 channels Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Pages portals.
• Connect agents to enterprise data sources via Microsoft Graph connectors, Dataverse, and third-party APIs for grounded responses.
• Apply Generative AI capabilities within Copilot Studio including generative answers, AI Builder models, and prompt customization.
• Work with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI Service for custom LLM integrations beyond native Copilot Studio capabilities.
• Configure agent governance topic-level access control, DLP policies, audit logging, and Purview compliance integration.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns using SharePoint, Dataverse, or Azure AI Search as knowledge sources.
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using LangChain / LangGraph or Copilot Studio's agent handoff capabilities.
• Monitor agent performance using Copilot analytics, CSAT metrics, and conversation transcripts for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align agent design with M365 Copilot extensibility and organizational AI governance policies.
