Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a Microsoft Copilot / AI Solution Architect to guide partners in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-scale AI agents using Microsoft’s AI and productivity ecosystem. The role requires experience in AI and Microsoft technologies, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI, with a strong focus on enterprise architecture.

The position is hybrid with multiple India locations (Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai).

Qualifications

• Experience with designing and deploying enterprise AI agent solutions.
• 4+ years in software development, consulting, or customer success roles.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, especially with partners.

Responsibilities

• Guide partners in building Agent advisory practices.
• Design, build, and deploy sophisticated enterprise AI agents.
• Provide architectural guidance for System Integrators.
• Conduct architecture trainings and technical camps.
• Help partners overcome technical roadblocks and gaps.
• Identify product gaps and provide feedback to product teams.
• Develop and publish best practices, whitepapers, blogs, and tools.
• Collaborate with Microsoft sales, partners, CSAs, services, operations, and customer-success teams.
