• Act as primary execution support for Messaging and Identity M&A activities.

• Execute wave-based migration activities including mailbox migrations.
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues during pilot phases or migration waves.
• Support Collaboration integration activities with identity dependencies.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for migration support.
• Update documentation based on real-world outcomes.
• Capture results and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Contributes to end-to-end M&A migration of messaging and identity systems — including discovery support, pilot readiness, migration wave execution, issue remediation, and post integration stabilization — while adhering to established enterprise security, governance, and operational standards. The role executes identity and messaging integration tasks across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, ensuring secure and reliable coexistence and migration outcomes.

• 4-6 years of experience supporting enterprise identity and messaging platforms
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A, tenant-to-tenant migrations, or large-scale enterprise integrations

Job Responsibilities

• Act as primary execution and escalation support for Messaging and Identity M&A activities during Senior Solution Architect coverage periods.
• Execute defined messaging and identity projects in support of M&A integrations, tenant coexistence, and consolidation efforts.
• Support pilot deployments for identity and messaging integrations, validating readiness, access controls, and coexistence behaviour.
• Execute wave‑based migration activities, including mailbox migrations, identity alignment, authentication changes, and validation tasks.
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues identified during pilot phases or migration waves, escalating risks as needed.
• Support Collaboration integration activities where identity and access dependencies exist.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation to support wave execution, reporting, validation, and issue remediation.
• Update runbooks, pilot checklists, and wave execution documentation based on real‑world outcomes.
• Capture pilot results, known issues, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
