Job summary

iLink Digital is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Implementation Engineer to design, implement, migrate, and manage enterprise Microsoft 365 environments in Pune. You will work on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive migrations, and administer Entra ID, AD, MFA, and Conditional Access.

The role requires hands-on experience with Intune, Defender, Purview, and PowerShell scripting to automate admin tasks and develop migration procedures. Strong documentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive migrations.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.
• Implement Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, and security policies.
• Configure Microsoft Defender, Purview, data protection, and compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, email flow, identity, device, and collaboration issues.
• Manage users, licenses, permissions, tenant settings, and administrative roles.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Develop migration plans, deployment procedures, and technical documentation.
