Job summary

Coforge in Greater Noida, India is seeking a Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer (Identity, Collaboration & Endpoint) with 4+ years in M365 engineering and migration delivery. You will lead tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune and Power Platform, ensuring MFA, Conditional Access and compliance controls remain intact.

The role demands strong experience in Entra ID, SSO, and related workloads, with certifications such as M365 Enterprise

Qualifications

• Identify users, business units, service accounts, shared mailboxes and Microsoft 365 Groups in scope.
• Assess Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune and Power Platform workloads.
• Analyse mailbox, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and archive data volumes.
• Identify Entra ID, SSO, Enterprise Applications, Service Principals and integration dependencies.
• Assess shared services, coexistence requirements and parent tenant dependencies.
• Preserve MFA, Conditional Access, Retention, Legal Hold, Sensitivity Labels and compliance controls.
