Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd (LTI) seeks a Senior Specialist - Architecture with deep expertise in DWP and M365. You will anchor migration projects, coordinate with client IT teams and lead end-to-end migration planning and execution.

The role requires strong experience in Exchange, AD and O365, with ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable migration roadmaps. You will mentor teams and drive stakeholder alignment across projects.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Exchange implementations and migrations (On-premises and Cloud).
• Knowledge of Active Directory and dependent services (DNS, DHCP, ADFS, etc.).
• Experience in Discover AD/Exchange/Exchange Online/Security configurations and preparing discovery reports.
• Document risk dependencies for AD/Exchange/Exchange Online/Security elements; prepare design documents and get approvals.

Responsibilities

• Anchor and lead end-to-end engagements in the technical front; be the first point of contact with the client.
• Collaborate with client architects; establish migration roadmaps, priorities, and project plans.
• Validate discovery reports, design plans, and migration readiness including RUN Books and SOPs.
• Mentor teams, escalate issues, and communicate significant problems to management.

Location: India Any LTIM office

Key areas of responsibility

Anchor and lead end to end engagement in Technical front Be the first point of contact with client and interactwork closely with Technical Architects from the client side Should have knowledge of End user technologies like AD Exchange O365 MS teams and any other tools like Quest or Bit Titan Work closely with the client to establish migration roadmaps and priorities Establish detailed migration project plans and execute against them Verify technical feasibility and validate solution options for the requirements Validate Discovery Report Design and Plan the Migration and get the Signoff from Stakeholder Validate RUN Book and SOPs and get the signoff from stakeholder Set priorities function as mentor help with problem escalation and communicate significant problems or issues to management

Requirements
