Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Architect in Hyderabad, India, to act as SME for Microsoft365 technologies and lead governance, security, and adoption initiatives. You will design end-to-end Microsoft365 solutions focused on EntraID/AzureAD and Active Directory, while mentoring junior teammates.

The role requires 8+ years in Microsoft365, strong PowerShell skills, and experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Copilot for M365 in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Microsoft certifications MS-102/MS-500/MD-102 preferred.
• 8+ years in senior Microsoft365 roles.
• Deep EntraID authentication and identity lifecycle knowledge.
• Proven deployments, migrations and modernization in Microsoft365 and hybrid identity.
• PowerShell proficiency with automation and bulk operations.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive.
• Ability to lead independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate as SME for Microsoft365 technologies.
• Design and deploy foundational frameworks and governance models.
• Architect end-to-end Microsoft365 solutions with EntraID and AD.
• Drive adoption and integration of Copilot for M365 and other features.
• Provide tier-3 escalation support for Microsoft365 issues.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to design governance controls.
• Mentor junior team members and guide operational teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and change artifacts.
