Job summary

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Microsoft 365 & Azure Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft cloud technologies, providing technical support, and troubleshooting complex enterprise environments. This position requires direct interaction with US-based customers, making excellent communication skills essential.

While the position is open across multiple locations, candidates based in Ahmedabad will be strongly preferred due to closer collaboration opportunities with our Professional Services team during onboarding and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure-based environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access Policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity-related services.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
• Support Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, networking components, and general cloud administration tasks.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and/or Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Investigate and resolve customer incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize customer environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, configurations, and resolutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer issues.

Mandatory Requirements
