Tour On invites a seasoned MICE and corporate travel sales professional to build a new Chennai-based vertical from day one. You’ll win corporate clients, price and close group trips of 30–200 people, and deliver end-to-end arrangements from flights to hotels and gala dinners.

You bring at least 5 years in MICE or corporate travel sales, a network in Tamil Nadu, and fluency in Tamil and English (Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam a plus).

• 5 years in MICE, corporate or group travel sales.
• Group trips you’ve personally sold and delivered.
• Contacts in Tamil Nadu companies, and the hunger to build more.
• Fluent in Tamil and English. Knowing Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam is a Plus!

We’re starting a MICE vertical at Tour On, and we need one person to build it from day one.

Since 2018, we’ve planned bespoke international trips for thousands of travellers across Tamil Nadu. Now we want to take dealer meets, incentive trips, and corporate offsites abroad, and we need someone who has already done it.

You’ll own

• Winning corporate clients: HR heads, sales heads and dealer networks
• Pricing and closing group trips of 30 to 200 people
• Delivering them well, from flights and hotels to the gala dinner

You bring

• 5 years in MICE, corporate or group travel sales
• Group trips you’ve personally sold and delivered
• Contacts in Tamil Nadu companies, and the hunger to build more
• Fluent in Tamil and English. Knowing Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam is a Plus!

What you get

• 7L+ LPA
• 10% of gross margin on every trip you close, rising to 15% above target
• A vertical you build and lead, reporting directly to the CEO
