Job summary

Bajaj Auto is seeking a capable leader to drive end-to-end digital program management, business intelligence dashboards, and customer experience initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with R&D, Plant, Finance and external partners to pilot new categories and scale successful pilots, while designing frameworks to evaluate performance and support executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital program management: assess needs, devise solutions, coordinate Digital & Tech, and manage budget and prioritization.
• Lead new category expansion programs: collaborate with R&D, Plant, Finance, Field teams and external partners to develop and pilot new categories.
• BU reviews: design frameworks to assess dealer and field performance.
• Facilitate ASM and CH reviews on business performance – Volume, MS, Dealer 8A.
• Drive execution of actions from business reviews.
• Design dashboards to assess sales and service performance.
• Provide automated reports to BU leadership for data-driven decisions.
• Own the customer experience framework across the lifecycle.
• Work with Digital & Tech, Marketing, Sales and Service to execute CX initiatives.
• Provide executive support to president by organizing reviews and planning meetings.
• Develop presentations for key business reviews like CMC, BRC, Board meetings.
• Work with BU leadership to execute actions from various business reviews.

Job description

• Lead new category expansion programs : work closely with cross functional teams of R&D, Plant, Finance, Field teams and external partners to develop new product categories, Design and execute pilots, Scale up on successful pilots.
• BU reviews :
• Design frameworks to assess dealer and field performance
• Facilitate ASM and CH reviews on business performance – Volume, MS, Dealer 8A
• Drive execution of actions concluded in business reviews.

3) Business Intelligence :

• Design and develop dashboards to assess business performance for sales and service.
• Provide insightful automated reports to BU leadership enabling data driven decisions
• Customer Experience :
• Own the customer experience framework across the customer lifecycle.
• Work with cross functional teams of Digital and Tech, Marketing, Sales and Service to execute CX initiatives.
• Executive support to President :
• Provide executive support to president by organizing reviews and planning meetings.
• Develop presentations for key business reviews like CMC, BRC, Board meetings etc.
• Work closely with BU leadership in executing key actions from various business reviews.
