Job summary

Yes Bank in Navi Mumbai seeks a proactive professional to support business analytics and reporting across units. You will prepare portfolio-level analytics, track performance, and assist senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

You will contribute to audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and process improvement by documenting SOPs and coordinating cross-functional projects. This role offers growth in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare portfolio-level analytics, including trend identification, performance tracking, and risk profiling across business segments.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives such as data interpretation and presentation of insights to senior stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation, review and refinement of business notes, MIS reports, and variance analyses to support decision-making.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Participate in internal audits and documentation of audit findings. Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Prepare, collate and respond to regulatory compliance requirements of BUs.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements.
• Maintain documentation for SOPs, policies, and audit trails.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects.
