Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in India seeks a packaging supervisor to ensure material is packed per PepsiCo standards, align with production and dispatch plans, and maintain packaging machines. You will monitor quality, minimize breakdowns, and guide the packaging team on shop floor practices.

The candidate should have BE degree and 3–4 years of supervisory packaging experience, with exposure to automated packaging equipment for perishable products.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E (Mechanical)/Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics.
• Desirable: Packaging Maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years of supervisory packaging experience.
• Experience with packaging of perishable products.
• Experience with automated packaging machines.
• Exposure to manufacturing systems and shop floor culture.

Responsibilities

• Pack material per PepsiCo standards of packing parameters and quality.
