Anheuser Busch InBev in India seeks an Assistance Maintenance Planner to manage maintenance plans for the packaging unit and support production efficiency. You will organize scheduling, supervise maintenance activities, and coordinate with staff and contractors to ensure safety and quality.

The role emphasizes improving MTTR/MTBF metrics, cost control, and adherence to budget while enabling continuous improvement and project support within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 2-3 years multinational production management experience; beverage/food industry preferred.
• Knowledge of packaging process and quality control.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment maintenance and electrical control systems.
• Strong English (spoken and written) and computer skills.
• Good planning, organization, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to guide and mobilize staff; problem-solving and time management.

Responsabilités

• Participate in daily maintenance plan meetings and track task completion.
• Ensure packaging quality meets standards per company packaging average standard.
• Organize and supervise packaging maintenance plans and their execution.
• Monitor status across production lines and resolve issues to keep operations stable.
• Track changes in maintenance planning and adjust production plans timely.
• Support 3-year project execution (3yp) and related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to maximize resources and ensure budget compliance.
• Ensure active participation in internal and external audits.
• Master and customize VPO using tools and methods to control KPI within budget.
• Assist superior with assigned tasks and deadlines.

1. Purpose of the Job

1. VPO plant reaches target as per company dream

2. In the security model indicators in line with the premise of safety indicators better than or equal to the target value

4. Under the premise of standard indicators LEF or better than the target value, GLY indicating compliance or better than target

5. Brewing a better world in the context of the total water consumption and energy consumption indicators of compliance or better than the target value, indicating loss of compliance or better than target.

6. All Packaging Machine maintenance plan and Schedule to be made and Follow up for Completion rate.

MTTR ,MTBF, Power reduction, Water saving, CO2 reduction lost time injuries, injury severity rate

3. Accountabilities Responsibilities

main activities:

1. Participate in daily Maintenance Plan meetings, gathering records of each squad, grasp the day of completion of production Maintenance plan tasks, Maintenance plan report.

2. According to the company's packaging technology requirements of the critical control points control to ensure product quality to meet and exceed the company's packaging average standard;

3. Organization Executive packaging Maintenance plan, supervise and control the entire process of packaging Maintenance , packaging Maintenance plan to ensure the successful completion;

4. Multichannel understand packaging Maintenance plan status, analyze and solve problems arising in the course of packaging, packaging production line to ensure stable and efficient operation

5. Tracking changes in production Maintenance planning, supervision and ensure Planner timely adjust production plans;

6. According to the respective target plant performance evaluation program, the implementation of assessment work, in order to better and more accurately make the employees of promotion, dismissal, incentives, wages, benefits and training programs, and to develop a long-term succession plan, cultivate reserve forces;

7. Strengthen communication with their staff to guide staff development plans, improve the overall quality of staff;

8. Through cooperation and outsourcing company, supervise the contractor responsible for the management of on-site contractor outworkers. Timely and on-site person in charge of the production line of communication problems, maximize the utilization of personnel and to ensure compliance department budget

9. 3yp project execution and support

10. The timely completion of their superiors arranged to work with the task.

11. Master and customize VPO using tools and methods to ensure the KPI control within budget; while continuing to target new challenges, and continually improve performance.

12. Ensure to active participation of all Internal & external audits time to time & reach to compliance as per company target.

4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required professional qualifications and competency requirements

Education

Bachelor degree or above.

Experience

1. 2-3 years multinational production manager, beverage and food industry is preferred; or at least engaged in production management 2-3 years.
