Job summary

PepsiCo India is looking for a Packaging Supervisor to oversee packing operations in the process area, ensuring adherence to PepsiCo packing parameters and quality standards.

You will ensure compliance with production and dispatch plans, minimize breakdowns and wastage, and supervise the maintenance and smooth running of all packaging machines.

Qualifications

• BE degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronics.
• Minimum 3–4 years supervisory packaging experience.
• Experience handling packaging of perishable products; automated packaging machines advantageous.
• Exposure to manufacturing systems and shop floor culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material produced in the process area is packed per PepsiCo standards of packing parameters and quality.
