• 13+ years of experience in MES/MOM in manufacturing (CPG/ FMCG) industries.
• End-to-end MES/MOM implementation across multiple sites/geographies.
• Experience with machine connectivity and ERP/system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate RFP/RFI into technical, functional and commercial solutions.
• Design and defend solution architectures to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-geography portfolios to support technical excellence in MES/MOM offerings.
• Lead short-term strategic consulting projects in MES/MOM domains.
• Demonstrate strong business orientation and consulting mindset.

Define describe the technical functional and commercial solution context transform customer RFP RFI requirements into specific solution architecture design Defend and present our proposal Technical and functional solutions in front of technical solution architecture customer stakeholders Collaborate with various geography portfolio and segment team to support technical excellence smart factory MES MOM offering Lead the short term strategic CONSULTING projects in MOM and MES areas Analyze strength and weakness against competitors in target industries Produce reusable quality content architecture components demonstrator 13+ years of experience in field of Manufacturing Execution system and manufacturing operation management in CPG industries FMCG

Must have end to end MES MOM implementation, including Machine connectivity ERP and other system connectivity experience for large multi sites multi geography multi business process modules Planning Scheduling Production Quality warehouse Manufacturing intelligence

Experience of end to end implementation of GE Proficy MES MOM solution

Well versed with international Standard like MESA ISA 95

Must have Manufacturing consulting experience
