Job summary

Hyundai Autoever in Pune, Maharashtra seeks an MES Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot MES hardware and software on the shop floor, including PCs, printers, embedded devices and barcode scanners.

You will monitor MES servers, perform preventive maintenance, handle ITSM ticketing, and coordinate with production teams. PLC and SCADA knowledge is a plus; English and Tamil communication is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years operational experience (shift operations).
• Good understanding of Networking/Servers/Applications/ PCs.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills in English/Tamil.
• Manufacturing process skills & Shop floor co-ordination experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, setup, troubleshoot and configure MES equipment (PCs, Printers, embedded devices, barcode scanner, WEB Camera, etc.).
• Document, maintain, upgrade or replace MES hardware and software.
• Configure MES Devices based on system requirements.
• Respond promptly to phone calls or requests from technical supports team members.
• Monitor all MES Server/Devices/Applications - Check list.
• Check MES devices physically as per the schedule along with regular shop floor visit.
• MES Devices - Preventive maintenance & backup measures (Printers, PC...).
• Inventory management
• Support calls register and timely closure using ITSM ticketing tools.
