Job summary

Job Jerky is seeking an experienced Manager - Merchandising & Operations to oversee merchandising activities, inventory management, order coordination and day-to-day operations from our Moradabad office. You will coordinate production, purchasing, warehouse, sales and management teams to ensure seamless workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years in merchandising and operations, a Graduate (B.A), and strong leadership with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduation (B.A) is required.
• 10-15 years of merchandising and operations experience.
• Strong team management and cross-department coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel for MIS reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising process from development to dispatch.
• Lead merchandising and operations team for smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, production, warehouse and management.
• Monitor orders, production status, delivery schedules and dispatch timelines.
• Ensure timely execution of orders per quality, quantity and delivery needs.
• Maintain records on orders, inventory, production and operations.

• Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management for planning, costing and priorities.
