Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order processing and execution.
• Follow up on production timelines to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Assist in sourcing raw materials, fabrics, and finished products.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain records of orders, inventory, and vendor details.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth coordination.
• Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues.
• Support in price negotiations and cost optimization with vendors.
• Prepare reports related to orders, stock, and dispatch.
