Dolphin Hosiery & Garments is seeking a skilled Garment Merchandiser to manage merchandising activities, coordinate product development, follow up on orders and ensure smooth execution from sampling to final dispatch.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabric, trims, costing and production coordination. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is preferred; experience in hosiery, knitwear or kidswear merchandising is an asset.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma holder in Textile Technology, Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Technology or a related field preferred.
• Experience in garment, hosiery, knitwear or apparel merchandising.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, trims and production processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day merchandising activities and order coordination.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production teams and other departments.
• Manage product development, sampling and sample approvals.
• Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories and other raw material requirements.
• Prepare and maintain costing sheets, order details and merchandising reports.
• Track production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Monitor order status and coordinate timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, product specifications and delivery schedules.
• Resolve merchandising-related issues through effective communication and follow-up.
• Ensure product quality and specifications meet buyer requirements.
