Job summary

Right Career Management Consultants seeks a Merchan diser - Garments for Mumbai. The role targets female candidates and requires a Graduate with Garment Merchandising or Fashion Design studies, with MS Excel proficiency.

Freshers are welcome with training; 0–5 years of garment merchandising (exports) experience is suitable. Key tasks include price negotiation, buyer requirement analysis, material procurement, and time- and action-plan execution to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• MS Office - Excel proficiency required.
• Any Graduate with Diploma or Degree in Garment Merchandising or Fashion designing.

Responsibilities

• Price negotiation and order confirmation.
• Gathering information on Buyers requirements and meeting deadlines.
• Material booking and procurement (yarn, fabric, trims).
• Preparing Time and Action plan and following up for proper execution.
• Lab dip submission and approvals.
• Handling all approvals: Print, embroidery, trims.
• Maintaining inventory records of fabric, trims, cartons.
• Recording meeting decisions and approvals.

Post : MERCHANDISER - GARMENTS

Gender : Only Females.

Location : Mumbai (Only local Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai candidates can apply, No relocation).

Qualification : Any Graduate with Diploma or Degree in Garment Merchandising or Fashion designing, MS office -EXCEL must.

Experience : 0 - 5 years of experience in Garment merchandising (Exports) Freshers who want to make a career in Garment merchandising (Must have studied either Fashion or Apparel merchandising) can also apply, training will be given.

Key Responsibilities :

• Price negotiation & order confirmation.
• Gathering information on Buyers requirement and working as per deadlines.
• Material (yarn, fabric, trims) booking and procurement.
• Preparing Time and Action plan and doing necessary follow-up for proper execution.
• Proceeding for lab dip submission & getting approval.
• Proceeding for all approval: Print, embroidery, trims.
• Keeping eyes on inventory of fabric, trims, carton etc.
• Keeping records of meeting decisions and approvals.

Good communication skills, Strong English speaking/ writing capability.
