Pearl Global is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage merchandising and sampling activities. You will create samples per buyer TechPack, work with embroidery and printing methods, and ensure fabric knowledge informs every step.

You’ll coordinate with buying offices for approvals, prepare cost sheets, and adapt to evolving work environments. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and resilience under pressure.
