Job summary

Profex Tech is seeking an experienced project lead for interior fit-out projects in Noida Sector 83 and project sites. This project-based role requires overseeing planning, procurement, and on-site execution across commercial spaces.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of interior contracting experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office to ensure timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial & corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Experience with reputed interior contracting firms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Handle commercial & corporate interior projects (offices, IT parks, corporate spaces).
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Strong supervision of site execution, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site-level issues.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
• Handle commercial & corporate interior projects (offices, IT parks, corporate spaces)
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
