Job summary

The Hiring Company is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to lead site execution and coordination for a CPWD project in Rajkot. You will oversee HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works, review drawings, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to approved designs and schedules.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in MEP execution, strong coordination with subcontractors and consultants, and a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3–6 years of relevant work

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in MEP project execution and site coordination.
• Experience with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• CPWD / Government Building Projects experience preferred.
• Diploma candidates with relevant MEP experience may be considered.
• 3–6 years of relevant MEP site/project execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor MEP works at the project site as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and other site teams for smooth execution.
• Review MEP drawings and ensure work is carried out as per approved designs and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress and quality.
• Ensure proper material planning, availability, and utilization at the site.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with the client and consultants regarding site requirements, inspections, and approvals.
• Identify and resolve site‑level technical and execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety requirements.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.


• Working knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel.


• Strong site coordination and communication skills.


• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.


• Diploma candidates with relevant MEP experience may also be considered.


• 3–6 years of relevant MEP site/project execution experience.


• Experience in CPWD / Government Building Projects will be preferred.
