VK Building Services is seeking an MEP Planning Engineer in Mumbai to plan, schedule, and coordinate MEP activities, ensuring timely execution and resource allocation across projects.
The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical preferred) and proficiency with MS Projects and Primavera P6. Salary is in the ₹3.1–3.4 L/yr range, with health, development and travel perks.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
- Electrical knowledge beneficial.
- Experience in MEP planning and coordination preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and coordinate MEP activities for timely execution.
- Prepare schedules and track progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with site teams and resolve planning constraints.
- Identify risks and mitigation actions to keep projects on track.
