Job summary

Naukripay group in India is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee building services in construction projects. You will ensure installations are safe, high quality, on time, and within budget.

Key duties include coordinating system integration, directing site engineers and subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with ASHRAE/NFPA and safety standards, and supervising testing and handover to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7 to 12+ years in MEP construction or project management.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical loads, plumbing networks, and safety codes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• System coordination across MEP with the main construction design.
• Direct site engineers, hire subcontractors, lead vendors.
• Set project baselines, review tenders, procure materials.

Key Responsibilities

• System Coordination: Integrate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems with the main construction design.
• Team & Contractor Management: Direct site engineers, hire subcontractors, and lead third-party vendors.
• Budget & Scheduling: Set project cost baselines, review tenders, and manage material procurement.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Testing & Handover: Supervise system testing, equipment commissioning, and final project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
