Job summary

Naukripay is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee building services across complex construction projects. You will ensure safe, high-quality system installations that meet schedule and budget targets.

You will lead site engineers, manage subcontractors and third-party vendors, and align mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection with the overall design. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical loads, and safety codes is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–12+ years in MEP construction or project management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical loads, plumbing networks, and safety codes (ASHRAE/NFPA).

Responsibilities

• System Coordination: Integrate MEP and fire protection with the main design.
• Team & Contractor Management: Direct site engineers, hire subcontractors, and lead vendors.
• Budget & Scheduling: Set cost baselines, review tenders, and manage procurement.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Testing & Handover: Supervise system testing, commissioning, and delivery.
