Job Objective

To support the planning, design coordination, and execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems across projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of MEP services for projects including hospitals, pharma, and commercial infrastructure.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors for MEP design and execution.
• Review MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor installation and commissioning of MEP systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and utilities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve technical issues.
• Support in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control related to MEP activities.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and coordination with vendors/suppliers.
• Track project progress and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation of drawings, BOQs, approvals, and site records.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to align MEP systems with operational requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of projects.
• Implement best practices in MEP design and execution.
• Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
