Job summary

Urban Vault is seeking an experienced MEP Designer to develop and release accurate MEP drawings for workspace fit-out projects, with a strong focus on Revit-based design and documentation. You will lead Revit MEP tasks and coordinate with Architecture, Interior and Project teams to ensure clash-free, compliant drawings.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of MEP design experience, proficiency in Revit MEP, and a solid understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, and ELV

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of MEP design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP for design and documentation.
• Experience with HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing and ELV systems.
• Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, coworking or managed workspaces.

Responsibilities
