Job summary

Idealcrew Technology in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior MEP Design leader to plan, design, coordinate and manage MEP, Fire Protection and ELV services for commercial interior and turnkey projects. The role requires leadership and the ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years in MEP Design, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity and a strong grasp of project management across coordination-heavy environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in MEP Design.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and multidisciplinary project management.
